Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operation-in-charge and ensure smooth execution of all the construction activities;
- Monitor site progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones;
- Manage the site procedures, resource allocation, and material logistics to support efficient operations;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to uphold site safety standards and construction quality;
- Manage ad hoc tasks and assignments as required to support project needs;
- Report to the Project-in-charge.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma and above in Building/Civil Engineering or related discipline;
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in building works, with a strong background in commercial and residential development projects;
- Demonstrated success in project management with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects;
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
